Audits provide reasoned findings based on agreed samples and evidence. They are not a guarantee of scheme approval, acquirer outcomes, or the absence of all control gaps. We are not your legal counsel or payment processor.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Cloud Dynamic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Liability for paid engagements is limited as set out in the statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
