  • Do you process payments or sell software?

    No. Cloud Dynamic provides independent card processing audit and readiness engagements. Pricing on this site is informational only — there is no checkout.

  • Who is a typical client?

    Fintech merchants and platforms that accept card payments — marketplaces, digital goods merchants, and payment-adjacent products that need control assurance for finance, risk, or acquirers.

  • Where do you work from?

    Our studio is at Rightful Centre, Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong. Engagements run on-site in Hong Kong or remotely with secure evidence rooms, depending on data handling needs.

  • What access do you need?

    Read-only settlement and gateway samples, policy documents, and interviews with finance, risk, and engineering owners. We agree scope and data handling in a statement of work before kickoff.

  • Are findings shared with our acquirer?

    Only if you ask us to. Deliverables are yours. Acquiring readiness work prepares your answers; we do not submit questionnaires on your behalf unless contracted separately.

  • How do refunds and cancellations work?
