Privacy policy

Data we collect
From the contact form: name, email, service interest, and message content. From engagements: business contact details and whatever personal data appears in evidence you provide (we ask you to minimise personal data in samples where possible). From cookies: preference and basic traffic data as described in our cookie policy.
Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted audit work, invoice, improve the website, and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
Where Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, we process data for contractual necessity, legitimate business interests in operating a consulting practice, consent where you accept non-essential cookies, and legal compliance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use processors for email, hosting, or secure file transfer under confidentiality terms. We disclose data when required by law.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records follow the retention period in the statement of work, typically up to 7 years for accounting and professional records.
Security
We apply access controls and agreed secure channels for evidence rooms. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk proportionate to the data involved.
International transfers
If tools or collaborators outside Hong Kong process data, we take steps appropriate to the transfer and notify you in the statement of work when material.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, subject to the PDPO. Contact audits@cloud-dynamic.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
